Application for the card accrediting the degree of disability.

This social emergency assistance is a non-periodic benefit, of an economic nature, intended for those persons, integrated in a cohabitation unit whose resources are insufficient to meet specific expenses, of an ordinary or extraordinary nature, necessary to prevent, avoid or alleviate situations of social exclusion.

Benefit whose amount, except in exceptional cases, will not exceed 0.5 times the annual IPREM in fourteen payments throughout the calendar year, aimed at temporarily covering the basic subsistence needs, both for supervening reasons and due to a continued lack of resources, of those people who cannot meet specific expenses, considered necessary to prevent, avoid or alleviate situations of social exclusion and which cannot be covered by their own means, neither from other social resources, nor at that moment through the help of legally obliged third parties, assuming, nevertheless, the commitment to apply for such help.

An economic benefit of the Public System of Social Services of an essential, temporary, temporary and non-periodic single payment nature, whose purpose is to resolve emergency situations affecting persons or cohabitation units in situations of need or a continuous lack of resources.
