This social emergency assistance is a non-periodic benefit, of an economic nature, intended for those persons, integrated in a cohabitation unit whose resources are insufficient to meet specific expenses, of an ordinary or extraordinary nature, necessary to prevent, avoid or alleviate situations of social exclusion.

Financial assistance for people whose resources are insufficient to meet extraordinary expenses or emergency situations and which, if not covered, would generate a risk of social marginalization.
