The Sexual and Reproductive Health Centers (CSSyR) are part of a set of specific services, including STI consultations, the PAVSA program and violence prevention consultations, which play an important role in guaranteeing a set of Reproductive and Sexual Health services, showing great sensitivity to groups that are difficult to reach.

Cervical cancer takes more than 10 years to develop, so there is a long time to detect, treat and cure it. This infection does not produce discomfort or symptoms, therefore, the way to know its existence is through screening.

Breast cancer is a major health problem, affecting one in 10 women in their lifetime. The frequency of occurrence of this type of tumor increases with age. We cannot prevent it from appearing, but we can detect it when it is small in size, and cure is achieved in more than 80% of cases. Mammography is the best early detection test currently available. With it we can detect 90-95% of tumors, even if they are very small.
