Early detection program for breast cancer in Catalonia
Breast cancer is a major health problem, affecting one in 10 women in their lifetime. The frequency of occurrence of this type of tumor increases with age. We cannot prevent it from appearing, but we can detect it when it is small in size, and cure is achieved in more than 80% of cases. Mammography is the best early detection test currently available. With it we can detect 90-95% of tumors, even if they are very small.

CJAS is a center that provides exclusive attention to the adolescent and youth population for all types of sexuality consultations. Care is always free of charge, confidential, from a feminist point of view and guaranteeing sexual rights, avoiding lawsuits or fights.

Care centers for women victims of gender violence
In the Canary Islands there is a network of specialized public services for the social care of victims of gender violence, with services on each island, free and confidential, where all forms of gender violence and sexual violence are attended to.
To access them it is not necessary to file a complaint. All women can ask for help or information, whatever their situation, circumstances or nationality.
