CJAS is a service of SEDRA-FPFE, an organization that works so that all people can freely decide about their sexuality and reproduction and have access to all related services. In addition, SEDRA-FPFE provides sexuality care services.

CJAS is a center that provides exclusive attention to the adolescent and youth population for all types of sexuality consultations. Care is always free of charge, confidential, from a feminist point of view and guaranteeing sexual rights, avoiding lawsuits or fights.

The Sexual and Reproductive Health service is available to citizens through this toll-free telephone line, ready to answer questions from the population on a regular basis. 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekis one of the tools for sex education implemented by the Ministry of Health.

Punto Violeta is an instrument promoted by the Ministry of Equality to involve society as a whole in the fight against gender violence and to spread, on a massive scale, the information necessary to know how to act in the event of violence against women. It is part of the catalog of urgent measures of the Improvement and Modernization Plan promoted by different ministries of the Spanish Government in the context of the male violence alarm of recent months and represents a change of focus in public policies for victim assistance, placing male violence as a structural problem that requires the involvement of society as a whole to put an end to it.

The 112 hotline for battered women provides, in urgent situations, a rapid and effective response to women victims of gender violence and their minor children, coordinating the actions of health, social, legal and psychological assistance services as well as police protection and providing them, if necessary, with emergency accommodation.

In the Canary Islands there is a network of specialized public services for the social care of victims of gender violence, with services on each island, free and confidential, where all forms of gender violence and sexual violence are attended to.

To access them it is not necessary to file a complaint. All women can ask for help or information, whatever their situation, circumstances or nationality.
