Financial, temporary and subjective right benefit to cover the maintenance expenses of a minor person at risk for whom a socio-educational commitment has been formalized.

This aid is intended to complement the prevention and rehabilitation measures adopted by the competent Regional Ministry for the protection of minors. Three types of aid are established: boarding centers (residential, educational, therapeutic or behavioral disorder centers), day care centers (child education centers and associated services) and family therapy treatments.

Financial assistance for people who have taken a leave of absence or reduced working hours for a continuous period of at least 59 calendar days to care for minor children.

Application for financial assistance for the hiring of workers to care for children under 14 years of age. The application period begins when the person has completed the minimum required period of 59 days and ends when 365 days have elapsed since the beginning of the hiring.

Application to receive monthly financial aid for the period from 0 to 3 years of age of the son or daughter.

Economic benefit aimed at individuals and/or families who have a child or adolescent in foster care or guardianship.

Procedure for determining the need for early care.

Social insertion benefit aimed at promoting social insertion and preventing exclusion, as well as guaranteeing citizens’ access to basic levels of social protection.

Social emergency assistance for housing for those persons whose resources are insufficient to meet specific expenses necessary for the enjoyment and maintenance of the dwelling or usual accommodation.

This social emergency assistance is a non-periodic benefit, of an economic nature, intended for those persons, integrated in a cohabitation unit whose resources are insufficient to meet specific expenses, of an ordinary or extraordinary nature, necessary to prevent, avoid or alleviate situations of social exclusion.
