RGI is a monthly financial benefit to meet the basic needs of individuals and families who do not have sufficient resources and to help them find a job. It can be collected by people who do not have resources or whose resources are insufficient to cover their basic needs. They may be unemployed people, workers with few resources, pensioners, recipients of other types of pensions, immigrants without a residence permit, etc.
