Application for Social Emergency Assistance in Castilla y León

Benefit whose amount, except in exceptional cases, will not exceed 0.5 times the annual IPREM in fourteen payments throughout the calendar year, aimed at temporarily covering the basic subsistence needs, both for supervening reasons and due to a continued lack of resources, of those people who cannot meet specific expenses, considered necessary to prevent, avoid or alleviate situations of social exclusion and which cannot be covered by their own means, neither from other social resources, nor at that moment through the help of legally obliged third parties, assuming, nevertheless, the commitment to apply for such help.
