Dependency application requirements
I need the attention of another person for the development of activities of daily living (personal care, domestic activities, mobility,…), or other types of support for my personal autonomy. The reason may be due to age, illness or disability, linked to the lack or loss of physical, mental, intellectual or sensory autonomy. It is of a permanent nature.

- Assessment of the situation of dependency.
- Communication of the situation of dependency.
- Elaboration of the individual care program.
- Communication of the assignment of the service or benefit.
